To build world class equipment, the component section is equipped with latest CNC Machines like CNC Turret Punch Press, CNC Press Brake and NC Shearing machines. Company's tool room has Universal Milling Machine, Power Press and Lathe Machine.

ABSPL's design team continuously works to upgrade the existing products, incorporating the latest innovations in manufacturing. The team is equipped to design machines/equipment using high-tech softwares like Autodesk Inventor, Auto CAD and Solid Works.
Regular training is provided to design engineers in order to enhance their skill set. The team proactively incorporates customer feedback to improve design of products.
The development team is equipped to develop new products and plants for existing as well as new functional applications.
After a new machine is developed, it is extensively tested. Based on the learnings from testing, the product is further modified to fulfill the desired objective and improve its efficiency. On completion of the total development work, the machine / product is handed over to the production team along with its comprehensive documentation.
ABSPL has developed a rigorous quality assurance system meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9001. Checks are built in at every stage of product realization including purchase, incoming quality control, in-process quality control and final quality control. Materials are procured from reputed suppliers as per the defined specifications.
All material entering the factory is checked at the Incoming Quality Control section, which is equipped with sophisticated instruments. Before being dispatched, each completed machine undergoes stringent Finished Quality Control checks and inspections.
